We’ve been back to Carine’s and it’s always a pleasure to eat in this lovely venue. I love their Beetroot Salad with Goat’s Cheese and Pistachios so had to order it again, and we tried the Tuna Carpaccio with Citrus Dressing and Grape Relish which is a fantastic marriage of flavours.
For our mains we chose the Spicy Marinated Lamb Saddle with Parsnip Purée and Tomato Compote and I opted for the 50-hour Cooked Beef Short Rib with Sweet Onion and that was a winner! That tender melt in your mouth short rib is cooked to perfection, and you sit back one very happy diner.
