I was the Senior Graphic Designer and set-up and ran THE One's first in-house design studio back in 2001, creating branding and packaging designs and working in direct contact with suppliers for print. I created monthly menu designs for THE One's Restaurant Cafe, closely working with the Chefs on their seasonal menus to fit in with the retail themes. I also started up and organised the product photoshoots with my contacts at Contrast Professionals to build up a photo library.
